Notes: Sixty-three (63) percent of small employers who purchased cell phones for themselves or selected employees and shopped for a different cell phone provider changed provider in the last three years (Q#8e). Thirty-six (36) percent of small employers who purchased cell phones for themselves or selected employees changed providers in the last three years (Q#8e). Twenty-nine (29) percent of small employers changed cell phone providers in the last three years (Q#8e).
