Notes: Seventy-five (75) percent of small employers who had Internet service and shopped for a different Internet service provider in the last three years changed service providers (Q#9e2). Thirty-nine (39) percent of small employers who had Internet service changed Internet service providers in the last three years (Q#9e2). Twenty-one (21) percent of small employers changed Internet service providers in the last three years (Q#9e2).
