Notes: Fifty-seven (57) percent of small employers whose businesses experienced noticeable energy price increases over the last six months and tried to offset those increases by reducing the total volume of energy used through conservation measures (Q#20F). Forty-one (41) percent of small employers tried to offset energy price increases over the last six months by reducing the total volume of energy used through conservation measures (Q#20F).
